Elizabeth I. Ferguson

"Westfield - Elizabeth I. (Brochu) Ferguson , 47, of Collins St. died on December 13, 2013 at Renaissance Nursing Home. Born March 21, 1966 in Westfield, MA, she was the daughter of Roger Wilfred Brochu and Evelyn (Raymond) Dufresne. Elizabeth has lived in Westfield and previously resided in Holyoke. She worked at Hogan's Cycles in motorcycle repair and Harvey Industries. She proudly served her country in the US Army and Air Force in the military police, obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Elizabeth was predeceased by her mother in 2012, step mother Marguerite Brochu in 2011 and leaves her father Roger of Chicopee along with her daughter Susan Ford of Ludlow along with siblings, Lynne Serrenho of Wales, Mary Brochu of St. Petersburg, FL, 2 grandchildren, Devon and Alexis Ford along with 3 step grandchildren, Destiny, Marcus and Joe. She also leaves step-siblings Cindy Smalley, Patricia Tourcotte, Laura Dearness, Carole Walbert, Rose Dufresne, and Raymond Dufresne. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 18th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will be on Thursday, December 19th in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at the MA Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Agawam at 1:00 p.m..
