"South Hadley - Stephen J. Guenette, 61, died on October 17, 2016. He was born June 29, 1955 in Holyoke, MA, son of the late Wilbur and Ann (Corley) Guenette. Stephen grew up in Granby, MA and was a 1974 Graduate of Granby High School. He loved his family and made a friend in everyone he met. Stephen was the owner of Guenette painting. He is survived by two daughters, MaryBeth Leclair of Granby and Lisa Guenette of Chicopee and a special granddaughter Peyton Leclair. He also leaves five siblings, Margaret Cadieux of South Hadley, Patrick Guenette of Belchertown, Mary Cormier of Ludlow, Thomas Guenette of Holyoke and Bruce Guenette of Ludlow as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. A life celebration will be Friday, Oct. 21st between 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Beers and Story South Hadley Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to South Hadley Council on Aging, new Senior Center Fund. "
