December 5th, 1976 - June 5th, 2009
"Jose Lopez, 32, of Whitney Street died unexpectedly on Friday, June 5 at home. Jose grew up in Wilbraham and was a graduate of Minnechaug High School. He resided in Ludlow was employed by Local 7, Ironworker's Union. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Autumn Marie Lopez of Monson, along with his fiancé, Kerry Gola, with whom he lived and his step-children to be, Ryan and Anissa Gola of Ludlow. He also leaves behind his cherished friend and the mother of his daughter, Jessica Silva of Monson as well as his beloved best friends, Tony, Rita, and Joanna Capua. His many friends and brothers of the Local 7 Ironworkers Union will also miss him. Friends may pay respects to his family on Thursday, June 11 from 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St., (Rte. 20). A Service to Celebrate his Life will begin at 6:30 p.m. following the visiting time. For those wishing, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to a fund for the benefit of his children's education, c/o Country Bank. "
