Bonnie Stoddard

Bonnie Lorraine Ray Stoddard, 64 years old, of Broomfield, Colorado passed away, February 11th, 2016. Bonnie was born in Colby, Kansas, September 17, 1951, to Alvie Theodore Ray and Marjorie Mae Owens Ray Goss. Bonnie graduated from Wichita South High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wichita State University. Bonnie spent her life in pursuit of helping others. From being a missionary in Africa and Indonesia to teaching preschoolers, she found joy in helping others grow. She loved to teach children and to encourage a love of learning whether in the classroom or tutoring. Bonnie developed life long friendships and held a special place in hearts whether the relationship was a casual acquaintance or close friend. The outpouring of love from all over the country demonstrates the positive impact she had on so many. She loved HGTV, Tom Selleck and cooking. Bonnie is survived by her daughter, RoxeAn Malas and her husband Daryl, and their children: Kaliena, Ashlynn and David of Broomfield, Colorado. She is also survived by her brothers: David Ray and wife Kay of Bethlehem, Georgia, Michael Ray of Spring Hill, Kansas, Patrick Wallace and wife Joanna of Lenexa, Kansas, James Wallace and wife Kandee of Ottawa, Kansas, Mark Goss and wife Susan of Lindsborg, Kansas, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
