William "Bill" Windrom Yaeger, age 86, much loved Husband, Father, and Friend passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. Bill was born on September 23, 1930 in Manhasset, New York. While stationed in the Army in Karlsruhe, Germany, he met and married "Lilo" Yaeger who captured his heart and they moved to the United States.
