David Wayne Sutton Mr. Sutton, 73, of Charlotte, NC died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Mecklenburg Health Care Center in Charlotte. A native Charlottean, Wayne was born March 19, 1940, to the late Thomas and Aileen Stacker Sutton. Wayne was united in marriage to Nancy Perry on August 8, 1965, in Kannapolis, NC. Mr. Sutton worked for Hunter Dairy farms for many years and retired as a salesman for Henkel after twenty years of service. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Sutton. His survivors include his wife of 47 years, Nancy Sutton, of Charlotte, NC; son, Derek Wayne Sutton, and wife, April, of Atlanta, GA; granddaughter, Hannah Elizabeth Sutton; two brothers, Barry Sutton, and wife, Cindy, of Asheville, NC and Rick Sutton and wife, Deborah, of Charlotte; sister in law, Rebecca Graham, and husband, John, of Salisbury, NC; brother in law, William Perry, Jr. and wife, Kathryn, of Rock Hill, SC; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2013, in the chapel of Hankins & Whittington Funeral Service. The family will receive friends following the service.
