Peter John Hubbard Mr. Hubbard, 58, of Charlotte, NC died Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Emeritus Assisted Living. Pete was born November 23, 1953, in Laconia, NH son of the late Clarence and Florence Hubbard. He was a lead field service representative for Uster Technologies for 33 years and traveled the world in his later years with the company. Mr. Hubbard was a volunteer fireman with the Cook?s Volunteer Fire Department and attended St. Ann?s Catholic Church and the Unitarian Church of Charlotte. Pete enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing, woodworking, coin collecting, gardening and water skiing. He will be missed by his family and friends. In addition to his parents Mr. Hubbard was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Del and Elizabeth Billings and his nephew, Neil Thomas Witt. Survivors include his wife, Martha ?Missy? Billings Hubbard; daughter, Anna Del Hubbard; sisters, Bette Hubbard Beaty and husband, Ray and Mary Hubbard all of Charlotte, NC; brother, Bill Hubbard of Jacksonville, FL; brothers-in-law, Jim Munden of Charlotte, NC, Steve Billings and wife, Myra of Huntersville, NC, Mark Billings and wife, Lorrie of Jacksonville, FL and cherished nieces and nephews, Mandy, Jenny, Steven, Kristin, Katie, Sara, Billy, April and the Neil T. A service to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 6, 2012 in the Chapel of Hankins & Whittington Funeral Service with the family receiving friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
