July 27th, 1910 - July 11th, 2008
"Lucy E. (Blanchard) Bradway, 97, died Friday, July 11, at Wing Memorial Hospital. Born in Hallowell, ME, she lived in Monson for many years, as well as wintering in Florida. She lived at Orchard Valley in Wilbraham most recently. Lucy worked for the former Brown's Drug and Galas Pharmacy in Monson for 25 years prior to her retirement. Her husband Omer E. Bradway, Jr. died in 1990. Her children David and his wife Noreen, and Priscilla Tassinari and her husband Larry, all of Monson, survive her. She also leaves 6 grandchildren, Shelly Off and Karen Bradway of DesMoine, IA, John Bradway of Scottsdale, AZ, Pam Arbour and her husband John and Michael Tassinari of Monson and Paul Tassinari and his wife Erin of Wilbraham, along with 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, her brother, Carlton Blanchard, her sisters, Edna Van Horn, Mabel Nelson, Marion Folkins, and Geneva Bevan preceded her in death. All services are private and have been entrusted to Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. For those wishing, donations may be made to Quaboag VNA & Hospice 44B Wright St, Palmer. "
