Angelica Christine Vigil was born April 24, 1987, to Steve and Rhonda Vigil after 11 years of marriage. She was given the nickname “Angie” because her grandpa Pickett could not pronounce her name. She attended schools at Federal Heights Elementary, Niver Creek Middle School, North Glenn High School, and Vantage Point High School in Adams County, Colorado. As a teenager, she was invited to a concert by a school friend whose mother was a photographer for the band. This began a life-long love of Denver’s metal scene. She once was the head of the street team for a band named Brutal Infliction which was later renamed Kill Syndicate. She even got us to go with her to a couple of concerts and showed us what a mosh pit was. As an adult, she went to numerous concerts where she met the members of the band that was playing and developed some strong friendships along the way. At 17, she met Eamonn Miller and had two boys: Seamus who is 11 years old and Killian who is 3 years old. Her boys were her pride and joy. Angie was always smiling and was cheerful wherever she went. Everyone she met she treated with respect, acceptance, and was never judgmental. This made her loved by many. She loved to have fun and joke around whenever she could. While Seamus was little, she stayed at home with him. Then later she found work at the 7-11 on 96th and Federal, the Denver Zoo’s food service, and most recently the Rusty Taco. Her coworkers enjoyed working with her due to her enthusiasm, teamwork, great customer service, big smile, work ethic, and friendliness. She is survived by her brother, Josh Vigil, mother, Rhonda Vigil, her dad, Steve Vigil, her son Seamus Miller, her son Killian Miller, her step-daughter, Alyssa Miller, her step-son, Patrick Miller, her ex-husband, Eamonn Miller, and many family members and numerous friends. On October 5, 2018, she lost her fight to depression and anxiety. Her loss has left a hole in the hearts of all those who loved her. We are here to celebrate her life and not her death.
