Robert E Williams

"Belchertown-Robert E. Williams, 60, a lifelong resident of Belchertown, passed away August 21, 2017. Born October 7, 1956 in Ayer, he was the son of Robert E. Williams, Jr and Dorothy (Johnson). For many years, Robert worked at Asplundh Tree Company as a foreman on utility line clearance. Bob was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding through Quabbin looking for deer. His greatest time was time spent with his family. Bob will be missed by his children, Robert Williams, Jr and his wife Sarah of Bondsville, Kelly Mejia-Martinez and her husband Daniel of Belchertown along with grandchildren, Riley, Kaelyn, Owen, Ellianna and Lucas. He also leaves his siblings, Debora Oyer and husband Peter of Holyoke, David Williams of Ware, James Williams and Kim of Belchertown, Diane Mont and Bill of Belchertown along with many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, August 27th from 11-1:00 p.m. with a service of remembrance to begin at 1:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home.
