“Kathleen Marie Young, 62, Denver Kathy Young passed away suddenly on December 11, 2010. Born in Denver on February 17th, 1948 and a lifetime resident of Colorado. Loving daughter of the late Richard and Marie Shields; loving wife of the late Joseph Young; loving sister of Patricia Winterhalder; loving Mother of Jeri and her husband Ed, Kim, Kelly and her husband Nayef, Kathy Jo and her husband Aziz, Joe, Jeff and his wife Liz; adored Nana to sixteen grandchildren; Zach, Monica, Mario, Yazmeen, Faisal, Elijah, Faisel, Yousef, Aseela, Katelynn, Sarah, Khalid, Camryn, Omar, Ibrahim, and Joey. Kathy will be greatly missed by many friends and relatives. Services for Kathy will be held on Friday December 17th, 2010 at Bear Valley Christian Church, 6800 W. Hampden Ave. at 1:00 PM. Internment services will be held on Tuesday December 21st, 2010 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Ave. at 2:00 PM. Contributions can be made in Kathy
