Shirley A. St. Amand

Palmer, MA - Shirley A. (Stefanik) St. Amand, 84, passed away August 28, 2020 surrounded by her family. She was born on August 17, 1936 to John and Mary (Jendrysik) Stefanik. Shirley was raised in Chicopee and graduated from Chicopee High in 1953. She has lived in Palmer since 1959, and was a communicant of St. Thomas Church. Shirley worked alongside her beloved husband, Rejean running the family business, Park Auto Trim for many years. In her leisure, she enjoyed her daily walks, church, trips to Mohegan Sun and bowling. She was a Yankee's Fan (but we won't hold that against her!!). Shirley loved spending time with her two precious grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 61 years, Rejean St. Amand, her daughter, Lynn Brown and her husband Robert and her grandchildren, Olivia and Mason, all of Palmer. She was predeceased in death by her siblings, John and Edward Stefanik and Evelyn Bigda. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Palmer Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass and burial will be private due to the current situations surrounding Covid. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Thomas Church in Palmer.
