Russell L. Scoggins, Jr. passed away on December 17, 2020. Russell was born in Wilmington, NC on November 26, 1974 to Reba Frazee and Russell L. Scoggins, Sr. Russell was predeceased by his father, Russell L. Scoggins, Sr., his daughter, Sarah Helen Scoggins, his brother, Roy Scoggins, his sisters; Terri Ann Soggins and Sonja Scoggins and step-father, Darby Floyd Russell is survived by his wife, Maria Mathis Scoggins, his children; Angel Scoggins, DJ Scoggins and Kristopher Mathis, his mother, Reba Frazee of Columbia, SC, his sisters; Rebecca Doni (David) of Pelion,SC, Michelle Handcock (John) of Camden SC, Tonya Scoggins of Haskell, Tx and brother Coy Scoggins of Haskell, Tx. He left behind many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. They will miss him dearly. There will be no funeral service due to Covid-19. If you would like to send your condolences to the family, the address is 128 Lolita Lane, Pelion, SC 29123.
