Mary Louise Norton Wegener, 35, of Falls Church, VA, went to be with the Lord May 28, 2012. Mary was born in Washington, DC on June 1, 1976. She graduated from Northern High School in Calvert County, MD in 1994, and received a Bachelor of Science from Frostburg State University in 1997, where she participated in cross country and track. She then earned a Master of Public Health degree from The George Washington University in 2006. She was married to Stephen Wegener on June 16, 2001. Mary was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, her deeply-loved son Edwin Wegener, 6, her parents, David and Frances Norton, and her brother Michael Norton, along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, June 4, 2012, at McLean Bible Church, 8925 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182, followed by a graveside service at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA 22046. Mary was a strong supporter of the children’s ministry at McLean Bible Church; in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McLean Bible Church.
