Penny Sue Ledezma 57, went home to be with her Lord Thursday May 21, 2020. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 4:00PM Saturday June 6, 2020 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Services Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Roman Vielza officiating. The family will greet friends from 3:00PM to 4:00PM Saturday at the funeral home. Penny was born June 20, 1962 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late James Rayford Macemore and Ella Mae Macemore. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Steve and one sister, Ann. Surviving include her loving husband of 39 years Rogelio Ledezma of the home; daughters, Julia Ledezma of Mt. Airy, Sylvia Ledezma of Winston-Salem, and Candy (Ivan) Ceballos of Kernersville; granddaughters, Gabriela Ambros, Analucia Ambros, Alexandria Ambros; grandsons, Bryan Ceballos, and Isai Ceballos; one brother, Michael Macemore of Yadkinville; one sister, Shannon Macemore of Yadkinville; one sister-in-law, Linda (Chano) Hernandez of Mexico. Penny lived a full loving life. She worked in the healthcare field from 1978 to 2002. She had a love for crafts and made so many beautiful things. She loved her cooking shows and the Golden Girls, but most of all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren that became the center of her world. The family would like to say thank you to everyone that prayed for Mrs. Penny and to let you know how appreciative they are.
