Mr. Ronald Charles Cox, 79, of Kernersville, NC passed away peacefully Monday, May 6, 2024. A native of Robeson County, NC, Ronald was the husband of Rhonda Smith Cox and the son of James Aaron Cox and Dorothy Dean Cox, both deceased. Survivors include his wife, Rhonda; son, Chad Cox and wife Tracy; grandson, Tanner Cox; two brothers, Jimmy Cox and wife, Meleah, and his twin brother, Donald Cox and wife, Cynthia; six sisters, Mary Ellen Modlin, Barbara Elliott, Joann Elder, Julie Montgomery and husband, Richard, Frances Turner, and Peggy Hall and husband, Roger. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Hinton; and two sisters, Rose Cox, and Betty Butner. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 2:00PM Friday, May 10, 2024, at Kernersville Friends Church, 320 N. Main St. Kernersville, NC, with Pastor Jeff Barnes officiating. A private graveside service was held by the family at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory, Kernersville, NC. Friends and family may offer online condolences at www.piercejeffersonfh.com
