Landin Miles

Kernersville-Landin Wilson Miles, 91, died September 9, 2011 at Kerner Ridge Assisted Living. Graveside Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be held 4:00PM Monday September 12, 2011, on what would have been her and her husband Tom's 69th wedding anniversary, at Mt. Gur Cemetery. A native of Lewisburg, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Sarah Louisa Reavis and Earl Hensley Wilson. In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by grandson Andrew Miles and son-in-law Jerry Cowan. Survivors include her loving husband of 69 years Tom Miles; son George H. Miles and Ann of Kernersville; daughter Sally Cowan of Marietta, Oklahoma; grandson Daniel Miles and Sharon of Kernersville, granddaughter Landen Cowan of Marietta, and great-granddaughter Andra Miles of Kernersville.
