Jarrett Cook, 32, went home to be with his Lord and Savior and his best friend and brother Jason on Thursday October 13, 2016. Jarrett was born in Forsyth County on February 29, 1984 to Gary Cook and Diane Lawson Cook Tuttle. Jarrett worked at Dunn & Bradstreet as a credit advisor and graduated from East Forsyth High School. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday October 18, 2016 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Service Chapel, 213 West Mountain Street, Kernersville, NC at 2:00PM. Officiating will be Rev. Tyson Coughlin and Rev. Steve Robertson. The family will gather with friends from 1:00 to 2:00 prior to the service. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. Jarrett was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Cook; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Virginia Cook; paternal step-grandparents Charles and Wynona Tuttle; and niece, Abigail Owens. Left to cherish his memories are his mother, Diane Tuttle and husband, Tony of Walnut Cove, NC; father, Gary Cook of Tampa, FL; sister, Vicki Owens and husband, Mike of Fayetteville, GA; brother, Lucas Tuttle of Walnut Cove, NC; maternal grandparents, Harold and Vennie Speaks of Kernersville, NC and Muncie and Nancy Lawson of Walkertown, NC; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a very special nephew, his little buddy, Max Owens. Jarrett loved his family and enjoyed their time together especially biking The Creeper Trail in VA. He will be greatly missed by all. Service Information
