Evelyn Cameron, 76, passed away May 24, 2016. Graveside Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 12:00PM Friday May 27, 2016 at Cypress Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Cameron, NC. A native of Newark, New Jersey, Evelyn was the daughter of the late Florence Warden and William Lake. She married Leon Edward Cameron March 31, 1964. She worked for a number of years as a secretary for State Electronics. Survivors include her loving husband Leon Cameron; daughter Shannon Cameron Ross and Shawn of Maryland; son John Martin Cameron of Greensboro; and grandson Connor Ross. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the church on Friday.
