Thomas “Hippie” W.C. Koenemann, 52, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 26, 2016 at Baptist Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be from 2:00 to 4:00PM Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Jefferson House located next to Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services. Tom was born October 21, 1963 in East Chicago, Indiana to Kenneth Carl Koenemann, Sr. and the late Carolyn Louise Marlowe Koenemann. Survivors include his wife Mandy Koenemann; step-children Derek Sheets and wife Angel and Zachery Sheets and girlfriend Crystal Meadows; six grandchildren; sisters Anne Sanchez and husband Victor, Teresa Koenemann and Gina Koenemann; brother Kenneth Koenemann, Jr. and wife Virginia; step-sisters Charity, Laura and Angie; step-mother Karen Koenemann and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 174 E. Bay St, #300, Charleston, SC 29401.
