Sally Ann Staples Fry, 74, died October 10, 2015. Burial will be in the National Veteran’s Cemetery in Salisbury. A native of Forsyth County, Sally was the daughter of the late John William Staples and Ina Whitaker. She was married to the late Lamarr Edward Fry who died in 2013. She also was preceded in death by her daughter Melanie Wright. Sally had worked for a number of years with Lyf-Tym Building Supply. Survivors include her daughter Kristie Corl of Winston-Salem; grandchildren Kaitlyn Rollings and Hunter Skarzynski; sister Carolyn Ozment and Floyd of Kernersville; brother John Ed Staples and Jane of Kernersville.
