Clemmons- Tommy Dean Welch, 31, passed away in 2009. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 2:00PM Thursday December 18, 2014 at the Pierce Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel officiated by Rev. Phil Bauguess. Survivors include his mother Charlotte Brubaker of Kernersville, brothers, Adam Welch of Kernersville, Rusty Welch and wife Carrie of Reidsville; aunt, Charlene Lyons of Kernersville; cousin, Danielle Lyons of Kernersville; numerous extended family and friends.
