Colfax-James Michael Johnson, 26, passed away July 19, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM Saturday September 21, 2013 at Shady Grove Wesleyan Church in Colfax, North Carolina. There will be a Celebration of Life service with a casual setting set for Saturday August 17, 2013 from 7:30PM - 10:00PM at the Bradshaw Farms Country Club in Woodstock, Georgia. He was the son of Carolyn Hughes and Buzz Johnson. He graduated from Sequoyah High School in Woodstock, GA. He later graduated from Kennesaw State University. He currently was pursuing his Physical Therapy Doctorate at Winston-Salem State University. Survivors include his mother Carolyn Hughes and Mike of Colfax; father Buzz Johnson of Canton, GA; aunt and uncle, Carolyn and David Halliday of Conyers, GA; and extended family and numerous friends.
