Biography Walkertown - Irene Lillian Franklin, age 62, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2013. A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date. A native of Portville, NY, she was the daughter of the late Emory Willover and Mary Ann Franklin. She was employed at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro. She attended the Summit Church in Kernersville. Survivors include her brother, Donald Franklin of Walkertown, her nephew, Donald, "D.J." Franklin of Ohio, and her niece, Jennifer Franklin of Tennessee.
