December 10th, 1966 - June 1st, 2024
Mr. Thomas Paul Vinson, age 57, a resident of Auburndale, Florida went home to be with Jesus on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Good Shepherd Hospice surrounded by his wife & family. Mr. Vinson was born December 10, 1966 in Winter Haven, Florida to Everett Leo and Ruth Ann (Evans) Vinson. He was a lifetime Polk County resident and graduated from Auburndale High School Class of 1984. Tom was a United States Navy Veteran and worked 35 years for Walt Disney World in the Waste Water Division. His passion was serving the Lord and being a disciple. Tom enjoyed fishing, flipping houses and spending time with family. He was preceded in death by his parents. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 7 years – Josie Vinson of Auburndale, Florida; brother – Donald Vinson and fiancé Jaime Sellers of Bartow, Florida; sister – MariBeth Montsdeoca and husband Cliff of Winter Haven, Florida; 5 nieces – Danielle, Jessica, Taylor, Marisa & Marina; 2 nephews – Tony & David; great nieces & nephews – Reagan, Layla, Luke, Levi, Aiden, Kaia & Holdyn. Graveside services will be 11:30 am Tuesday, June 4th at Auburndale Memorial Park.
