Dr. David Elias Klein 82 of Longboat Key passed away December 23, 2013. Beloved husband of Heidi Castleman Klein. Devoted father of Deborah (Warren) Goldenberg, Elizabeth (Robert) Mark and Susan (David Berkowitz) Klein of Summit, NJ. Adored grandfather of seven. Dear brother of Patricia (Harold) Laimon of Vancouver, B.C. Treasured cousin, uncle, friend, physician and colleague. Grateful graduate of Cleveland Heights High School, The University of Michigan and The Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Services will be held Friday December 27 at 1PM at ANSHE CHESED FAIRMOUNT TEMPLE, 23737 Fairmount Blvd. Beachwood, OH 44122. Family will receive friends in the Fairmount Temple Library IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 4:30 PM (FRIDAY). BEGINNING SATURDAY EVENING FROM 6-9PM AND SUNDAY 2-7PM THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS AT 22026 E. BYRON RD., SHAKER HEIGHTS, OH 44122. Friends who wish may contribute to the Juilliard School for the Garett Albert Special Fund, the Cleveland Orchestra or Interlochen (Michigan) Center for the Arts. David C.
