Irving "Israel" Privman
July 14th, 1927 - August 16th, 2011
Irving Privman, age 84, of Las Vegas died August 16, 2011. Irving was born July 14, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY to the late David and the late Lena (Schiff) Privman. Irving served in the Navy during World War II. He was a stockbroker with Bache And Co and Prudential Securities. Irving was as sweet, gentle, quiet man with a very dry sense of humor. He loved playing racquetball, playing 5 years after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Chicago Bears and St. Louis Cardinals. He is survived by his wife Joan Privman; daughter Susan (Adam) Goldstein of Las Vegas; son Jay Privman of Carlsbad CA; brother Ira (Roni) Privman of Boynton Beach, FL and grandson Ari. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, Aug. 17 at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975. S. Durango Dr., #104, Las Vegas, 89147, with burial to follow at Bunker's Memory Gardens Cemetery, 7251 W. Lone Mountain, Las Vegas, 89129. Contributions in Irving's memory may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or Nathan Adelson Hospice.
