Mr. Phillip Andrew Perkins, 70 of Palm Harbor passed away July 19. He was a truck driver and born in Plant City. Survivors include his son, Andy Perkins; daughters, Cristina Perkins, Phyllis Perkins, Jenova Perkins; brothers, Jim and Larry; six grandchildren. A private cremation has been planned. David C.
