Born in New York City, Marshall was a retired attorney who worked primarily in the gas and oil industry. He is survived by a step-son Chet. A private burial at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater has been planned. Donations in memory would be appreciated to your favorite charity. David C.
