Janice Story Durham IN LOVING MEMORY OF MY BEAUTIFUL BRIDE She is survived by her husband of 8 years, Frank Michael Durham of Pinellas Park, Fl ; her sister Pat Bronner and family of Pinellas Park, Fl ; four nieces, Lenita Houston and family of Ashby, MA ; Sandra Dunbar and family of Belchertown, MA ; Charleen Socha and family of Belchertown, MA ; and God - Daughter Lori Keller and family of Bottineau, ND ; a step daughter ,Tamara Rodd and family of St. Petersburg, Fl ; and a step son, Geoffrey Durham and family of Marion, Ill. Janice was married to Malcolm Stone of Belchertown, MA from 1952 until his death in 1999.She lived most of her life in Belchertown, MA where she worked for the Belchertown State School, where she retired as head of housekeeping. When Malcolm died of leukemia , Janice sold her home in Massachuttes and moved to St. Petersburg, Fl near her three sisters. She lived by herself, helping her sisters and spouses. Two of her sisters and one brother - in - law died. She was always helping others. In my 8 short years of marriage to Janice, I found her to have the most beautiful smile. We could talk for hours about anything. Although Janice did not have any children, her face would light up whenever she was around young ones. She would engage them in conversation to get them talking, and young ones loved being around her. Janice loved being home and doing things together. We would take long walks, go shopping, and loved traveling together. The simple things of life really made her happy! I look forward to the time when I can see Janice again in the resurrection. John 5:28-29 , " Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment." Acts 24:15, " I have hope toward God ... that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." In loving memory of my beautiful bride, Janice Story Durham. Your Loving Husband, Frank A private cremation is planned. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel is serving the family. Service Information
