She was born on November 28, 1938 in White Plains, New York to her parents Amy and Larry Williams. After Carol graduated high school, she attended 1 year of Junior College, and then became a wife, mother, and homemaker. Carol went on to be a grandmother, and great-grandmother. Carol is survived by her husband Jack Nelson, married since September 6, 1958; her children, daughter Elizabeth and spouse Scott, daughter Wendy and spouse Rich, son Rich and spouse Minou, and daughter Toni and spouse Geremy. She was preceded in death by her parents Amy and Larry Williams, and Brother Lawrence Williams. The family will receive friends for Celebration of Life on Saturday March 4th, 2023 at 2PM at Desert Springs United Methodist Church, 120 N Pavilion Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89144.
