Rachelle Diane Muniga, 79, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away Sunday June 25th, 2023. She was born on July 7th, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to parents Armand and Theresa Belanger, and was raised alongside her siblings Michael Belanger and Peggy Koppu. Rachelle was an accomplished academic with a Masters degree from the University of Michigan, worked extensively as a social worker for the state of Michigan, and was married to the love of her life Michael Muniga for 49 years. Rachelle is survived by her son Matthew Muniga and grandson Tristan. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael, and her parents Armand and Theresa. Rachelle's burial will take place on friday July 7th, 2023 at Bunkers Memory Garden Cemetery at 1pm. And the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12:7
