Rodell Levey, 71, of Bradenton, passed away January 5th, 2010. Rodell was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Florida in 2003 from California. She worked as a paralegal for many years. Rodell is survived by her beloved husband of 31 years Robert; sons Jonathan (Diana) and Mathhew; daughters Janice (Richard) Scherwitz and Michelle "Missy" Emlin (Duane Williamson); sister Edissa Bowman; and grandchildren Stephen and Rebekah. Services will be held 11 am Wednesday, January 6th at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9801 State Highway 72, Sarasota. The family thanks Tidewell Hospice of Ellenton for their care and compassion as well as suggests donations in Rodell's memory be made here (tidewell.org). David C.
