Roland Bertrand Weinstein "Rolly", age 81, of Las Vegas, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013. Rolly was born July 13, 1931 in Chicago IL to the late Irving and the late Florence (Minus) Weinstein. As a mechanical contractor, he owned Dual Temp Companies in Chicago, with his son Steve. He was a true family man, loving to spend time with his family. He also enjoyed basketball, golf, reading, hockey, theatre and his work. Rolly is survivied by his wife of 62 years, Eleanor Weinstein; children Linda (Howard) Zimmerman of Scottsdale AZ and Steve (Wendy) Weinstein of Riverwoods, IL; grandchildren Abby Weinstein (Kurt Fredericks), Jamie (James) McGuiness, Alex Weinstein, Michael Zimmerman, Jennifer Zimmerman and Stefanie (Trent) O'Neal; and great granddaughter Ella Fredericks. A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, March 20 at 11AM at Palm Cemetery Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas. Contributions in Rolly's memory may be made to Temple Bet Knesset Bamidbar, PO Box 33503 Las Vegas, NV 89133, or the American Heart Association.
