Robert "Bobby" Patterson Garner, Jr, 66, of Las Vegas, passed away Monday, June 9, 2014. Bobby was born December 30, 1947 in Detroit, MI to the late Robert Patterson and the late Patricia (Longpre) Garner, Sr. Bobby served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He then worked as a machinist with Numatics Valve Inc and then as an HVAC technician. Bobby was a true outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, swimming, gardening and golfing. He also built waterfalls as a hobby. Bobby was a family man who loved his wife and family, and became sweeter and more loving each day. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Libbia Garner; children Rachael Garner and Jeffrey (Kelly) Garner; grandchildren Ryan Garner, Sierra Bangayan, Danielle Bangayan and Scotty Garner Jr. He is predeceased by his son Scott Garner and grandson Brandon Garner. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 10:30 AM at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Interment will take place at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City.
