You will forever live in our hearts. ____ "Momma" Poem by Charlie Marie Momma I miss the things you use to do, You know like, Driving me places I needed to go, Going from Bingo to Bingo, Taking me out to eat, Tricking me to eat food that looked gross, Just so you wouldn’t smoke on the way home, Making sure you looked your best, After getting all dressed, When you got in the car, Windows had to stay closed, So your hair doo wouldn’t mess up, Putting the visor down to check to see if your lip stick was straight, To your Marilyn Monroe mole on your face, To your eyebrows looking great, When you smiled your gold tooth shined all over the place, Momma I miss the things you use to do, You being in the kitchen, Cooking up old Southern dinners, When the little princess in me should’ve been sneaking peeks, I was between my baby sister and me, Momma you did your best, Now take your rest, As you still blessing others, Even though I miss, I miss the things you use to do, I thank God, Letting you see me this far, Momma, I love you for who you are We will never let your memories go, For they will show through US Rest in Love Church Service for Theresa M.
