Marion Halper, age 87, nee Sokoloff, beloved wife of the late Harry. Devoted mother of Joel (Jan), Donna (Peter) Bouget and Judy (Alan) Katz. Proud and loving grandma of Sarah and Ross Halper, Hayley and Mallory Katz. Dearest sister of Eva (the late Joe) German and the late Martin Sokoloff. Sister in law of Alice Fayne. Fond aunt and cousin to many. 87 passed away at Westchester Gardens in Clearwater. Graveside service, Thursday 1:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to JUF, 30 S. Wells, Third Floor, Chicago, IL 60606. There will be no local services. Memorials may be made to: Jewish Community Centers, 30 S.
