Megan V Buckley

It is with deep heartache that we announce the passing of Megan V Buckley, 14, on Sunday, May 3, 2015. A freshman at Coronado High School in Henderson, Megan was born June 22, 2000 to Tom and Becky Buckley. She will be forever cherished in the hearts of her family and friends. Megan will be remembered for her brilliant poetry and drawing. She was a tenacious soccer player, 2nd degree Black Belt in karate, and aspiring football player and pole vaulter. Megan loved the outdoors, climbing rocks and trees, snowboarding & skiing, and forever finding a new place to wander. She was always an adventurer—daring and fearless. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Eugene Buckley, Megan is survived and will be dearly missed by her loving parents; older sister Jessica; grandparents Patricia Buckley and Bill & Doris Roush; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her beloved kitten Bobbi. "You will live forever in our hearts, our precious Megan. God bless you always." Visitation will be held Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 9:00 am, followed by services at 10:00 am at Central Christian Church, 1001 New Beginnings Drive, in Henderson. Entrance is through door 4.
