Jane Folsom Wallace

Born in Massachusetts, she moved to Colorado in 1959 at age 15. She lived in Denver and Arvada, graduating from Arvada High School in 1962 and remained in the Denver area except for short times in Texas and New Mexico. In her early years she loved horses, learning to ride at a stable near her home in Massachusetts, eventually taking groups out for trail rides. Jane received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1981 from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, graduating Summa Cum Laude and passed her CPA exam on the first try. She worked as a CPA in New Mexico and Colorado. She was a master organic gardener and was treasurer to Front Range Organic Gardeners (FROG) for many years. She always had a dog by her side and loved everything about dogs. She always adopted rescue dogs and gave them a great “forever home”. She is survived by two sisters, her children Julie Bonnet and Greg Wallace, her four grandchildren Rachael Guerra, Matthew Guerra, Allanna Porter and Austin Wallace and three great-grandchildren.
