Joseph C. Greenough, 89 of Indian River Colony Club passed away Thursday, June 17, 2010 at home . Joe served as a pilot in the Royal Air Force during W.W.II and became a citizen of the United States in 1958. Joe was preceded in death by his wives Helena and Evelyn. He is survived by his son Joseph (Veronica), grandsons Patrick and Daniel, great granddaughter Abigail, nieces Patricia Cleary and Donna (John) Hayes, nephews David (Regina) and Kenneth (Susan) Hegerty and cousins Paul and Alan Danaher. The family will receive friends at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home 5400 Village Drive Viera, Fl. On Monday June 21, 2010 from 2-4and 6-8 PM with a 7:00 PM Vigil Service Monday evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday June 22, 2010 at 11:30 A.M. at Ascension Catholic Church in Melbourne. Following the Mass there will be a reception at the Indian River Colony Club. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 1199 U.S.1 Rockledge, Fl 32955.
