Darlene Olson, 54 of Cape Canaveral, Florida, passed away on August 4, 2011. Darlene was born in Warwick, Rhode Island on April 1, 1957; she was the daughter of her predeceased father Norman Ledoux and her late mother Rachel Petracca. Darlene graduated from Tollgate High School in Rhode Island. Married in 1981 to Thomas Olson of Kissimmee, Florida. Darlene had a huge love for her family, friends and bingo. She was a proud member of the Merritt Island Elks Lodge 2650. Darlene is survived by her son Kevin Olson, daughter Diana Olson, brother Mark Ledoux and ex-husband Thomas Olson. Darlene will be missed dearly by all who loved her. Arrangements have been entrusted to Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home, 101 N. Brevard Avenue, Cocoa Beach, Florida 32931. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 10:30 am, at Our Savior Church in Cape Canaveral, Florida, followed by a Celebration of Life at the Merritt Island Elks Lodge 2650, 1520 Sykes Creek Pkwy., Merritt Island, Florida.
