Thomas Howell Moseley
March 26th, 1963 - December 16th, 2012
Dr. Thomas Moseley passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012. Tom was born and raised in the St. Augustine area, and graduated from St. Augustine High School . He went to University of Florida for his undergraduate and Medical Degree studies. He completed his residency and fellowship at Tulane Medical Center in Adult, Adolescent, and Child Psychiatry. He was a a caring physician and was passionate about helping children and adults with ADD/ADHD. He enjoyed watching his favorite baseball team, the Cinncinati Reds, and playing golf and spending time with his family.He was a member of Suntree United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Moseley, sons Matthew and Jonathan and his daughter, Rebecca. Tom was preceded in death by his daughter Emily. Also survived by his Mother, Martha Moseley, sister Pamela Sterzinger, and preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Moseley. He has many nieces and nephew. He will be deeply missed. A private Memorial Service will be held. Please send donations to Orphansheart.org in lieu of flowers.
