Biography Loretta Hughes Smith Loretta Hughes Smith, 79 of Williamsburg, VA, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 26, 2013 at her daughter’s in Viera, FL. She is survived by her six children, John Hughes Jr, Donna Hughes LaRochelle, Gilbert Hughes Sr, Clifford Hughes Sr, Phillip Hughes Sr, Henry Hughes, sister Marie Marcum & nephew Paul Honaker. Grandmother of 17 and Great-grandmother of 18. She was the owner/operator of Family Beauty & Barber located in Toano, VA. for twenty years. Celebration of her life will be held privately by each of her six children. Memorial Contributions can be made to Susan G Komen/Breast Cancer Foundation in her honor.
