David Morgan Weiler

David Morgan Weiler was born on July 20, 1971 to David Ernest Weiler and Charlotte Dornan Weiler in Anaheim, CA. David was known as David, Dave, Davy, Dad and Pops. He passed away at home in Lakewood, CO on December 6, 2021. Dave grew up in Arizona and in the Denver metro area. He lived a very active life and was a very hands-on person. He took various martial arts classes in his adolescent and early adult life. He was an entrepreneur and loved cooking, music, art, crafting jewelry, mirror etching, and spending time with his family and friends. He also worked on vehicles for his family and friends and professionally worked for construction companies most of his adult life. He was a welder and would recommended against it. He would help about anyone that would ask for help if he could. Dave would say, “Charity begins at home.” He would also say, “If a person is asking for a handout, then don’t help but if they’re looking for a hand up, then help them up.” He worked as a stage hand his last few years for a local union as well putting up show booths. He was preceded in death by his niece Phoenix Kay Wickline. Left to cherish their memories of him are his parents; his sister Deva Trego Weiler Cooper and her two children Paden Cooper and Kali Trego; his sister Echo and her husband Michael Sidener and her two remaining children Tarna and Elric Sidener, his son Ryan Michael Jolliffe; his Aunt Sandy and her husband Robert Herbst; Vyncynt Cabral-Hollowhorn who he considered to be his son from a previous relationship and his wife Christa; myself and my children Alex Keeler, Alyssa Waters and my youngest son Richard Waters, with who he had a very special bond with; and all who knew him.
