David C. Gross Funeral Homes
Leonard Wojnowich MD
January 17th, 1953 - February 13th, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father and husband Leonard Wojnowich. A family physician for over 40 years, Leonard dedicated his life to the care and betterment of others. The son of Holocaust survivors, Leonard recognized the value of a life lived to the fullest and was constantly seeking to further his knowledge professionally and personally through medical missions, travel and numerous outside passions that included SCUBA diving, photography, guitar and many more. His greatest pride was his family. He cherished his wife and 3 children, and the time he spent with them and their extended families including 5 grandchildren above all else. Leonard Wojnowich was larger than life and his legacy and impact will continue by all who were fortunate to have known him. In honor of our father’s lifelong passion of education and his mission of helping the lives of others, please consider donating to a cause that was important to him by visiting the following link: https://everloved.com/life-of/leonard-wojnowich/donate/
