Rosemary Margaret Jurgensen, age 62, a 14 year resident of Las Vegas, died Sunday, July 18, 2010. Rosemary was born December 29, 1947 in Chicago, IL. She married Larry Dean Jurgensen on October 21, 1967. After raising her four children, she entered the workforce. She recently retired after 13 years as an executive secretary at the LVCVA. Rosemary's energy was often focused on her grandchildren. She also enjoyed tennis and bowling. She is survived by her husband, Larry Jurgensen of Las Vegas; children Marianne (Anthony) Reguero of Coto De Caza CA, Robert (Nicole) Jurgensen of Ankeny IA, Daniel (Sally) Jurgensen of Ranch Santa Margarita CA and Larry (Jeri) Jurgensen of Wichita KS; sisters Maureen Martin of Chicago IL, Linda Kubicek of Chicago IL and Suzanne Nice of Chicago; brothers Bob Martin of San Francisco CA and Rick Martin of Barrington IL; and 15 grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother, John Martin. Contributions in Rosemary's memory may be made to Maryknoll Lay Missioners, PO Box 307, Maryknoll, NY 10545-0307. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
