Charlotte Kaplan Mann, 89, of Las Vegas, died Friday, September 16, 2016. Charlotte was born December 23, 1926 in New York, NY, one of three sisters, to the late Irving and the late Ada Kaplan. She grew up in Brooklyn NY and married Mitchell Mann. They moved to California in the mid 40's. After her boys were grown, Charlotte went back to work as an employment counselor and then in real estate. Her claim to fame was her "Black Belt in Shopping." In addition to shopping, she loved decorating her homes. Charlotte is survived by her son Jeffrey Mann of Seattle; grandchildren David Mann of Seattle, Sabrina (John) Coronata of Germany, and Rachel Mann of Portland OR; 4 great grandchildren in Germany; sister, Harriet Howard of Houston, TX.and her niece Ellen Burke of Las Vegas. She is predeceased by her son Leeland Mann; husband Mitchell Mann and sister Arline Burke. A memorial service will held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Kraft-Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Contributions in Charlotte's memory may be made to Hadassah.
