Judith Ann Rasmussen

Judith Ann Rasmussen, 79, of Las Vegas, passed away October 29, 2016. Judith was born June 15, 1937 in Menomonie WI to the late Edith and Bernhardt Dinnies. Judith demonstrated grace, dignity, faith, and quiet strength. She was a loving wife and mother who always put others first. A great cook, Judith was known for her lemon bars, brownies, beef and pea pods, and fried fish. She loved to read, travel, sit in the sun, shop, and spend time with friends and family. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Wes Rasmussen; siblings Donn (Mary Lee) Dinnies and Mary Quilling; children Steve (Michelle) Rasmussen, Debbie (Jay) Pearsall, Tom (Cheryl) Rasmussen and Kathy Jo (Rob) Beery; grandchildren Erik (Marina) Pearsall. Lynndon (Claire) Hecker, Michael (Kristen) Pearsall, Caleigh Rasmussen, Dan Rasmussen, Leigha Rasmussen, Molleigh Rasmussen, Mitchell Rasmussen, Grant Beery, Taylor Beery; and great grandchildren Kylie, Brayden, Evie, Sophia, Lexie , Eleanor, Raeleigh, Jackson and Kiara. Interment will be held at 11:00 AM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis MN on Monday, November 14, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church, 8901 Del Webb Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89134.
