Biography Morton Stern, born on June 27, 1925, passed away on November 30, 2014. He was born in Bronx, NY and lived in NY, NY over 40 years. Retiring in 1997, from a successful career as importer of lighting products, with his late wife, Emily Stern of over 40 years, he moved to Viera, Fl. in 1997 where he enjoyed his passion for golf. Morty is survived by his daughter Carrie Ann Stern, nephew Warren Miller and companion Nancy Langa. Morty served honorably in WWII with company B 393rd engineer Battalion of the US Army. An inquisitive mind, ever searching for truth and philosophizing on life’s meaning he stayed active in courses and discussion groups. A memorial service will be held at Friendship Fellowship at Pineda, Rockledge Fl., on Sunday December 14, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
