Erika Navarro Hinojosa

Erika Navarro Hinojosa, age 40, of North Las Vegas, passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019. Erika was born December 11, 1979 in Santa Barbara CA to Jorge and Martha Hinojosa. She went to school to learn to be a make-up artist and loved sharing this skill with family and friends. Erika was a great cook and baker who loved feeding her family her culinary creations. Her family was her main focus and she would always want everyone to be together. She created weekly family dinners to ensure this would happen. She was also very artistic and could bedazzle and decorate just about anything. Erika had a warm and welcoming personality and could make friends easily. Erika is survived by her children Dulce Perez Hinojosa (Sam Ditterline), Miguel Perez, and Sophia Jimenez; father Jorge Peralta and mother Martha Hinojosa; siblings Julian Hinojosa, Jorge Hinojosa Jr. and Veronica Castro (Abraham); and many friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 3 from noon until 1:00 PM, with a funeral starting at 1:00 pm, both at Aguilas Christian Family Center, 5355 Madre Mesa Drive, Las Vegas, NV. Burial will be in Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery, Las Vegas
